Ben Manski earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin in August of 2005 and was admitted to the Wisconsin Bar forthwith. Since that time, he has provided competent representation to citizens, community groups, students, and veterans in the areas of local government law, election law, freedom of association, national security law, and non-profit law. He is an active member of the Wisconsin Bar, serving on the board of the Law Related Education Committee and of the Individual Rights and Responsibilities Section.

In September of 2009, Manski established his private practice under the name Manski Law, LLC. This firm provides legal services to the non-profit, coop, and public sectors.
